Gender Reveal Ultrasound
Boy or Girl?
Gender reveal announcements and parties have become incredibly popular in recent years.
At Peek at Me 4D we can help with your big reveal!
We offer 2 different gender packages. We can do the SneakPeek gender blood test as early as 6 weeks or we can see gender by ultrasound as early as 15 weeks.
If you choose the blood test option then SneakPeek will email a short video clip to you or your gender keeper. Your results will be delivered as early as next business day or you can choose 2 business day option.
If you want to get results by ultrasound we can either go ahead and tell you while you are in our scan room or we can put one of our unique gender cards in an envelope for the gender keeper. That way you can reveal this special secret however you'd like.
Whatever your plan is, Peek at Me 4D will help keep your secret until it's time to announce your news.

SneakPeek DNA Testing
What Is SneakPeek® DNA Testing?
It's an early gender DNA detection test offered to women starting at 6 weeks into pregnancy by SneakPeek Clinical. This test helps you to connect with your baby before you are able to see the exciting clear images from your ultrasound scans.
The complete service includes an on-site phlebotomist who draws a blood sample in the comfort of the ultrasound studio and returns the sample to the SneakPeek labs for processing with the fastest turnaround time in the industry.
You will get your results in 2 days or you can upgrade and get your results the next day!
How Does SneakPeek® Work?
The natural process of shared fetal DNA circulating inside the mother’s bloodstream is used by SneakPeek to identify the gender of the baby. We use PCR technology, which has the ability to detect the presence or absence of male Y chromosomes from the blood sample provided. If the technology detects Y, the gender of the baby is male. If it is not detected, then it is a female baby.
Multicenter Blinded Study Conducted at Four Ultrasound Clinics in 2015
The main aim of this study was to assess the clinical performance of SneakPeek Early Gender Test (Gateway Genomics) for noninvasive prenatal testing (NIPT) of fetal sex. Blood samples were collected from pregnant women between 7 and 35 weeks of gestation and a multicenter-blinded study was conducted at four ultrasound clinics.
Circulating cell-free DNA was isolated from a micro-volume of maternal plasma and real-time quantitative PCR was performed to detect fetal DNA using a multi-copy sequence on the Y chromosome. An autosomal control gene was used to measure total cell-free DNA (maternal and fetal cfDNA).
To assess the precision of SneakPeek, 60 maternal plasma samples were tested twice, on different days. From all the maternal samples cell-free DNA was detected. We could detect Y chromosome DNA in all the samples from women carrying a male fetus. Prior to genetic testing, fetal sex for all samples was unknown and confirmed via sonographic evaluation.
SneakPeek accuracy, sensitivity and specificity were each 100% for fetal sex identification. This blind study confirmed that SneakPeek Early Gender Test is highly accurate for fetal sex determination. Call today for more about our services!
